Phase I: Fully entitle land & complete architecture to obtain use and operating permits.

Phase II: Complete site development. Design and build AssistedLiving facility, consisting of 110 units assisted living and 30 units memory care.

Phase III: Own and operate Paradise Valley Assisted Living.
